Anti-Racist Pedagogies:
Welcome diversity by allowing students to share about their culture.
Avoiding stereotypes.
Provide a variety of resources so every student feels represented.
Pronouncing students names correctly.
Gender Friendly Learning Environments:
When addressing the class, use non-gender vocabulary (i.e. peeps, folks, students, everybody).
Make your pronouns known and become comfortable with the use of pronouns.
Having examples of different types of families within classroom literature.
Gender neutral resources and language.
Recognizing Neurodiversity & Differing Abilities:
Adapting anything necessary to make your students comfortable.
Allowing students to display their learning in diverse ways.
Encouraging supportive relationships.
Treating everyone fairly.
Culturally Responsive Pedagogies:
Cultural recognition for all students and faculty.

Most of these ideas I originally got from ECS 303-030 JamBoard that we participated in about professional development. We were able to bounce great ideas off of one another to get a fairly good outcome. I hope to utilize these in my future classroom one day.
